The Calgary Bucket List

Since our time here in Calgary is tick, tick, ticking away, we have been making a list of the things we want to do/places we want to eat before we go. It goes like this:

-have a dinner party on our patio
-do the Teahouse hike at Lake Louise
-see both Shakespeare in the Park plays (Othello and Much Ado about Nothing)
-go to the farmers market
-eat pizza at the Italian Supermarket (best pizza IN THE WORLD)
-brunch at Laurier Lounge
-eat at Da Guidos (a fancy-ish, very authentic Italian restaurant. Allegedly where the Calgary Mafia hangs out)

(the dinner was fantastic and the company, as always, was great)

-eat at the Vintage Chophouse (AAA Alberta beef!!)
-Stampede/Rodeo
-go to Spruce Meadows (a world renown horse jumping facility here in Calgary)

(it was totally lovely...its a beautiful facility and the horses are so pretty! A lovely way to spend an afternoon. I got a weird shorts-sunburn on my knees, but otherwise entirely enjoyed myself.)

-squash/golf/paintballing with friends (Peter)
-drive a Masserati (Peter - he knows a guy who owns one)
-go shopping at Lulu Lemon and Aritzia (Anne)
-go camping/hiking (Anne)

There's about a million other little things that I need to do before we go, but those business-y things are boring so we won't talk about them here.

Me and Bella are off camping for a few days with my friend Michelle! Have a great week!
